We are an agency rooted on the Costa Blanca. We combine knowledge of the Spanish market with something a foreign buyer usually lacks: a conversation without a language barrier and someone who takes responsibility for the whole process.
Where we come from
It started with one question we heard over and over
"How do I buy a home in Spain without speaking Spanish and without knowing whom to trust?" That question came up every time foreign clients asked us about the Costa Blanca. The market was open, prices reasonable, 300 days of sun a year — and yet the purchase felt like a journey into the unknown: a foreign language, a foreign notary, foreign rules.
SiestaSpain was created to turn that journey into a calm, guided process. Instead of translating documents through Google Translate and calling Spanish offices that never call back — you have one multilingual team that knows this market inside out and stays beside you at every step.
We are not a portal with a thousand filters, and we are not a call centre. We are people who live and work on the Costa Blanca, view properties in person and tell you what to avoid — the same way we would tell our own family.
